🧵 Made-to-Order
All of our clothing is made-to-order to reduce waste and support mindful production. This means we begin crafting your pieces once your order is placed — thank you for your patience and support of slow fashion.
📍 Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
🚚 Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times
- Orders typically ship within 5-20 business days, but may vary depending on the item(s) ordered.
- Because we use multiple printing providers, items in the same order may ship separately depending on the product and fulfillment location.
- We are actively downsizing our shipping providers to streamline this process and improve overall delivery times.
📅 Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance of when you need it.
📬 Delays & Support
If your order is taking longer than expected or is past the estimated delivery date, please email us at info@healthnu.ca so we can look into it for you. While shipping delays are often out of our control, we’ll always do our best to support you.

- At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please double-check your order before completing checkout.
- We are not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may apply upon delivery in Canada or other international regions.
