Because all of our clothing is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.
We only offer returns or refunds on items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items
We care deeply about the quality of your order. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

🔄 How to Start a Return for a Faulty Item
If your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Important: Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Made-to-order apparel (unless damaged/faulty)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Perishable goods (like food or flowers)
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

✖️ Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. To avoid any sizing issues, please refer to our sizing chart or contact us before purchasing.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU Cooling-Off Period — provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post your refund.
